Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Sellers....
They had such a beautiful day! I learned a few new things about them on their wedding day. To begin with Jacquelyn is Jac Jac to those that know and love her. Nick is a kiddo magnet. Everytime I turned around a little kiddo was tugging at his pant leg. They have a gorgeous little girl named Anna and a niece named Anna who is just as cute. They are the sweetest couple and thanked me more than once, which is always so appreciated. :)They were thoughtful of their guests even when they could have been selfish, after all it was their day. :) Much thought went into their wedding and all the little details. They went for comfort instead of glitz. You could feel the love and friendship in the air. I am honored to have been part of this "Rockstar" couples wedding. Thank you Jac Jac :) and Nick for including me to capture all these special moments that you will have always!
I would also like to include a special thankyou to my husband. I could not have done this without all your help. Also a great big thank you to my mentors and friends (The DB-5) All your advice and encouragement helps me in more ways than one. You all keep me thinking and inspire me to do my best. :)

She Blooms...
She blooms....and time goes by so quickly. When she was a baby from the moment she saw what a butterfly was, she was entranced. Butterflies everywhere, dangling from the ceiling in her room, painted on her shelves. She couldn't get enough of them. She reminds me of a butterfly. Always fluttering from here to there. Never remaining in the same spot for long. Ever inquisitive and with so much energy. Here recently I have been noticing so many changes in her. She has so many questions. Long gone are the days when she got out her pretend makeup and dressed up for us. Now she asks for real makeup and longingly waits until I say, "Okay you can wear it to school." I so want her to wait and enjoy the moments as they come instead of rushing through them so quickly and growing up too fast. It is all so bittersweet to me. Watching her grow is both painful and joyful. She is my butterfly...so with my vision and her beauty I froze time with these. Someday her and I will look through all the photos I have taken of her and watch her transformation.
Once again in the words of Nathalie Merchant, "Pale green eyes, strawberry hair, lips so sweet, skin so fair..." That is my little girl. You are a gift that I will always treasure. I love you Stinkerbell!

Tybee Island and the Deason Family
I recently met with the Deason Family on Tybee Island. I am so blessed to have the best looking clients. When I got home and uploaded their images I realized that their oldest daughter looks so much like Taylor Swift. :)
I really enjoyed meeting you and your family Noralee.

It happened on facebook...
That is where I met Betty Ospina from Serendipidty Photography in Richmond Hill. She contacted me to do her family portraits and I was so thrilled. Two minds are better than one and I really think when you put photographers together magic happens. It sure doesn't hurt that they are probably one of the cutest families on earth!! :) Not only did I get a new client but I truly believe I have made a new friend and that ranks at the highest of my cool list. I really enjoyed hanging out with you Ospina Family even if we were rushing around like a chickens with our heads cut off...lol. We still made magic happen. :)

At home with the Porter Family
I met with the Porter family on their beautiful family property. They were such a cute little family. I had to ask Wendy if her children were photographed often because they took such good direction. They made my job very easy for me today. Thank you for inviting me to spend some time with ya'll. We made it through the heat and the gnats. Gotta love those gnats..lol! I look forward to working with ya'll again when I get back from vacation. I will have a few more sneak peaks of the kids tomorrow. Wendy I will contact you when your gallery is ready.

A beautiful family at Forsythe Park.
I met with the Chavez family in Forsythe Park today. What a beautiful family they are. I rushed to get to these because they are leaving Savannah here really soon. They are an army family and they are moving to AUSTRALIA!! Exciting stuff huh? I could only dream. I am so happy I was able to meet with them before they left. Thank you Veronica and Julian. I will contact you as soon as I have your entire gallery ready. :)
